#92 Happy New Year

It's January. My normal twelve minute train ride into London Bridge has been replaced with a bus to Denmark Hill, followed by an overground to Elephant & Castle, followed by a tube. Still, at least the developments have started and our world famous station might start to look a bit less shit... in a few years' time.

Two of my close family members recently moved houses. Dad's new place in particular needs a lot of work doing to it. We've been dehumidifying our own rented house on and off for a few weeks now to dry it out. Every weekend I pour several pints of water, extracted from the air and wood of the house, out of my bedroom window. I've yet to hit anyone.

I haven't written a blog post in a few weeks but we all need a short break once in a while. I intend to write weekly throughout 2015. Personally I've been doing a bit of work on myself. Getting a bit more sleep. Getting into the office a bit earlier.

Things are a-changin'.

you could just walk to Peckham Rye, get the overgound to Canary Wharf, and the tube back to LB. Or the 40 bus all the way to LB (or the 343 or the 78). Just sayin...

The bus, train, tube combo is surprisingly fast.
